Many clubs kick off during the first few weeks of the school year, but others start later. In addition to the listing below, club offerings will be advertised on Schoology and building-wide announcement platforms.

Work Permits
All students between the ages of 14 and 17 are required by Pennsylvania School Law to secure an Employment certificate, known as "Working Papers," before they may begin to work. Students, who have reached 18, by state law, do not need working papers.
Please bring a completed copy of the Work Permit Application to the Downingtown High School West Main Office with a copy of the required proof of age such as one item listed below. Students must be present to sign the working permit in the presence of the Issuing Officer prior to providing a copy to their employer.

- Driver’s license
- Learner’s permit

NOTE: Work Permits during the school year are only available during the hours of 7:15 am to 3:45 pm, Mondays thru Fridays. During the summer, Work Permits are only issued during the hours of 7:30 am - 4:00 pm, Mondays thru Thursdays.
