Spectator Expectations
Attention students:
We are excited to host athletic contests at DMS!
For the upcoming home wrestling matches & basketball games – please see below for the attendance expectations:
1. Upon dismissal - students will report to the gym, and sit in the smaller section of bleachers on the home side of the gym (not the main bleachers). Students must have made contact with a parent to attend.
2. Students are expected to cheer loud and proud for the Lancers, while not cheering (jeering) the opposing team. Students using disparaging remarks for the opposition or officials will be asked to leave the game. These students may have future game attendance privileges revoked.
3. If students exit (the building) to the outside (of the gym) there will be no re-entry. This includes “in-between” games.
- Students will not be permitted to go to Royal Farms or other establishments after school or during DMS Athletic events (and then re-enter the building.)
