Seasonal Sports Information Bulletin

SPORTS REGISTRATION & PHYSICALS

PLEASE NOTE: A "PIAA SPORTS PHYSICAL" IS REQUIRED FOR ALL STUDENT-ATHLETES WHO INTEND TO PARTICIPATE IN TRYOUTS, PRACTICES & TEAM SPORTS.
For the 2024/2025 school year, your physical must be dated after June 1st, 2024)

To begin registration and provide Sports Physical documentation, please follow the link below to create an account with Family ID/ArbiterSports and register your student-athlete.  If you have already created an account, you will not need to register; all you need to do is update any changes to health history, contact information, etc. AND upload a current PIAA Section 7 Physical Form, signed by your physician to your account:

For Winter and Spring sports seasons, a new physical examination is NOT required if you completed one in the Fall season - simply complete the Recertification form, linked below:

Activity Fee Information

All student participation/activity fees must be made online through PaySchools Central, an online payment website. This is done by signing up for a PaySchools Central account, where payment is made through a credit card, debit card or with a bank account using an ACH transaction. There is no charge passed onto families for using this website. 

Parent Pick-up for After-School Athletics

Please adhere to pick-up times established by the coaches for each sport. Pick-up times may vary depending on practice or match/game schedules. Parents are encouraged to pick up athletes in the parking lot between the DMS building and Downingtown West High School, located near the DMS 'Gymnasium side' of the building (unless otherwise directed by coaches).

Tryouts/Practice Schedules

Coaches will provide specific information regarding tryouts, practice times, and procedures on a sport-by-sport basis. Athletes will be able to access up-to-date schedule information, including schedule changes, on the Schoology page for their sport. (Schoology join codes will be provided at the start of each season).
